Calories: over-my brother stopped by unexpectedly for dinner tonight.

It's been a battle for me. Because my kitchen is closed! But, I have to open it to take my antibiotic. It's interesting to see the effect "the kitchen is closed" has made in my life! It so hard to eat anything. I could only take yogurt in the night. I can't wait to be free it feels like bondage. I can't believe I am saying that about eating in the night .0 -

My Goal was to hit the 260's by the end of this month. Clearly didn't hit that target yet but I'm okay. Aside from being sick I enjoyed the month of February. Time to step it up a notch next month!1 -

Thank you. When I first started, it was very strange to my system. But as with every habit, it is appearing to stick and it feels good. I have found writing it here has been very helpful. Now, I don't think much about it.

I started IF last week. I did it before and it worked well. I stopped but now that I am back to it. My eating window is 4 hours. I am enjoying not having to think about food. Is anyone here doing IF?1

I am. I do 16/8. I don't think I can do a 4 hour eating window. But the 16/8 is working for me and its something that I can do long term.3 -

Is anyone else having problems with the MFP website version? I haven't had a home page or food diary for 2 days now. Yesterday, I got on the forums for about 15mins and whenever I tried to go to my home page, it told me the site was down for maintenance and I couldn't get back on. Tonight, I can get into the forums, I can get on the homepage (can't comment or like anything) and still have no food diary. Tech support says they are aware of a problem, but it has been 3 days now.2
