    Hi everyone been in the group for a few months feb wasnt the best ended wth a loss but a tiny one. March has to be the month i sort this. I have been trying to lose weight for years but always sabotage myself i need to change my habits ad stick to it. New week new month new me (well that's the plan) 😁

    I lowered my calories and I finally started losing weight again. I had been stuck in a rut for a bit...I've been doing this a LONG time. I won't say I was eating a lot but I was going over my 1350 calories a day limit quite a bit....getting up to 1500 calories occasionally. I'm trying to say under 1250 calories a day now and it seems to be working. I am 1 lb away from a 110 lb loss and getting out of the obese category permanently.

    I had a bday party so didn’t track and I’m sure I went over but I did eat mostly veggies so it’s a baby step.
