I had a super stressful week and the thought of eating just makes me feel ill. I did manage to eat more yesterday so I assume that number will increase next week.1 -

Sorry ๐ I haven't been around lately. I have a student teacher that has added a lot of extra time at work and I've been in the process of finding a new townhouse. That's right if things weren't crazy enough with a "regular" schedule.๐ณ I forgot how stressful house shopping is. The searching is over and I will be moving at the end of the month...bring on the joy of packing!๐
This week my goal is to start checking in daily, get to the gym at least 4 times, and NOT buy anymore Girl Scout cookies! ๐ช1 -

It's been a tough few days on this vacation. Looking forward to going home Tuesday and getting back on track. Will be weighing next week as I've stepped on 3 scales here and have a 10lb range. I don't want to get too excited or discouraged.
