ugh, Im sorry, Life is just nuts right now with working in a nursing office, having 4 kids, and this covid-19 stuff. I am thankful that I still get to work. In fact I have a second per diem job that is in need of people, so I am picking up hours there also. I guess I am thankful to be working in this field and working for a school that is keeping staff working because my husband was told hes not working til sunday at the earliest.3 -

Today I was put on telework status. I was kind of disappointed because the government and active duty had already gone on telework and we contractors had the place to ourselves in blissful social distance. Now I'm stuck at home with sporatic VPN access to try and do work. We are finding the networks are overloaded. I think alot of systemic weaknesses are being identified with this fun viral menace. Probably good news since the next virus could be really nasty. Ebola scares me, the thought of bleeding from my eyes is like out of a sci fi movie. Anyway, if you are lucky and don't own a bar or restaurant you are probably saving alot of money right now. Gas today at Costco in Albuquerque was $1.59! I'm thinking there is alot of stress eating too. My solution is to take it out on my two dogs. Walks, not beatings

Gyms are closed. Stress is up. Working from home (ie. Closer to a refrigerator). All adds up to not great news in the weight loss journey. Trying to get back on track today but realistically am not expecting a loss this week... I’ll be lucky/grateful if I don’t gain a tonne... sigh.... gotta get my head and heart back in this but for right now, my attitude is not the greatest and for me, that’s where it starts... sigh.... will keep trying to keep trying...5

Both my husband and I have been laid off (for now) from our jobs. Not a huge deal since we are both retired and these were our retirement jobs. So now we have more time to get to the gym. But no, it’s closed 😢.
I see a lot of walking and old fashioned pushups/sit-ups/squats in our future 😄5 -

Sorry for social distancing, even on the internet, ugh, what a couple of days it has been. Schools out, but Im still working, charting, filing, and next week I am riding busses to deliver food and homework to students, also picking up shifts at the assisted living home. bought a nother laptop so my kids can work on homework starting next week, that will be fun since im working like crazy, but we will make it work. Exercise is almost non existent, I will make it happen this weekend for sure, trying not to stray too far off from my diet still.5
