    Hey everyone! I'm "new". I posted here back in 2015 with a previous pregnancy. I'm due August/September.

    This is my 4th pregnancy. 28 years old.
    Height: 5'7"
    SW: 191.2
    Goal: Gain 15-25 lbs

    I’m showing a .4lb gain, but I don’t know if I’ve actually gained or not, because last week I weighed myself after eating and with clothes on, so I rounded down (I know, not very scientific, but I wanted to weigh on Fridays, and I prefer to weigh fasting and undressed at the same time each week). Either way, it’s a good reminder to me to be careful.

    I keep having bouts of either feeling nauseated or starving. Sometimes a little of both. I tried taking ginger last night and it really seemed to help! I hope it does. 🤞🏼

    I'm 38 and this will be baby #3. I gained a lot of weight during my first pregnancy but kept it in line for #2. Doing well actually had to do with this group and holding myself accountable in this very thread! I look forward to checking in with everyone here again!My starting weight is around 8# higher than with my second pregnancy so I'm hoping only to gain 10-12lbs. I plan on tracking my food and working out 3x per week minimum.

    I was traveling for work so had to weigh in on Sunday instead of last Wednesday. I started running again and taking walks outside which feels great. I would like to continue to work on drinking water & tea and getting 10,000K steps in per day.

    Okay. That was the last week of excuses. We had family over and I ate terribly. My stomach didn’t like it and I felt dreadful, so since that time I’ve been back on track with eating well (which is probably why I’m not showing more of a gain, truth be told!). Just a few more days until my first appointment, finally!

    I’m 24 years old and this is my first baby. Due August 23rd :)
    I did gain a good 8 lbs during my first trimester, though I’ve been forgetting to post. I had horrible nausea and the only thing that curbed it was snacking. Could I have controlled it better? Definitely. Oops. I think a couple pounds of it was maybe due to severe constipation, and that’s cleared up now so who knows.
    I have been tracking religiously again and some of it has come back off on its own, though I’m mostly hoping just not to gain anymore until I’m into my third trimester. I suspect I’m losing some of it because I’ve been running a lot more with the nicer weather.

    I ran 1x and went for several walks over the weekend. It was in the 50s so it felt amazing! I need to do better about drinking water, I'd like to be hitting 96oz by the time I leave work and on the weekends as well. I'd like to hit 10K steps daily during the week as the weather keeps getting nicer and it's easier to walk outside.

    Yay! I dropped a pound! I’m not trying to lose, but I was really hoping that the weight I gained while family was in town would be temporary. 😊 I feel more empowered to keep eating well and more hope that I will make it to the end with only healthy gain.
    It’s always a shock to step on the scale at the doctor’s office fully clothed with a stomach full of breakfast. 😆 I have my dating ultrasound next week, and finally told my kids and immediate family, so there’s a lot of joy around here. 😊

    @TANNE21 Great job getting exercise! I have tried several times this week, but only managed to get a small walk in. I’m really looking forward to getting some energy back at the end of this trimester!

    I go for my anatomy scan next week and i’m excited to see these little babies. Not sure yet if we want to find out the gender 🧐. I would love a boy and girl but honestly i’m happy either way, i just want them to be healthy. 🥰

    Got in one run this weekend again and have been walking every day which has felt great. I am very lucky to be working from home now however I have my 8 year old and 4 year old home with me so the days are interesting trying to work and complete school expectations. I have honestly been snacking more and reaching for the unhealthy stuff because its been a bit stressful and a new way of day to day life. I'm going to really try to still have a food plan and do food prep for the week. I also want to set a water goal of 96oz per day. I have my check in appt tomorrow where we will hopefully hear the heart beat. Then we plan on telling the kids and my parents this weekend!

    How is everyone holding up with the Coronavirus closures?

    @SaritaJack You are doing great! Good job getting that walk in!! Hope your appt. and ultrasound goes well!

    @LKL84 How exciting! We are going to find out, I'm such a planner lol. But it would be a fun surprise! I hope this week goes fast for you so you can see them! You are doing really well!!

    Holding up okay. We ate all our snacky foods and I'm a bit too paranoid to go out to the store, so I think the whole thing will end up being good for my physical health.

    Mentally though, this past week has been a really long year. 😂 How are you holding up?

    According to the scale I lost a little weight again. I’m thinking I must not have eaten as heavy a meal as on normal Thursday evenings. Or maybe I didn’t hydrate as well yesterday (I weigh first thing in the morning) I have been nauseated a lot this past week, but when I feel good I eat quite a bit, so it doesn’t make sense for me to be losing.

    @TANNE21...Well we are on mandatory 14day self isolation. My husband was out of country visiting family and had to come back early due to the airports shutting down. He came back this past Thursday, so we are on day 5 of staying inside. And i really want to go out and get some chocolate lol.
    I also had to cancel my anatomy scan today and my prenatal check up friday. I’m happy he came home when he did because who knows when i would have seen him again.
    I just pray that this virus settled down soon 🙏. And we can go back to normal living.

    Another growth spurt! +2.6 gain 😱 it was higher yesterday close to 4lbs, and i’m not even eating too crazy, its mostly the late snacking. And my daughter made cake the other night 🤤. Time to make healthier choices!!
