I'm even getting some hair! But not so much to slow me down in the shower!

I finished my radiation treatment on Monday so I'm all done with breast cancer except for anti hormones for five years and reconstruction in 6 months. Thank you all for your prayers and positive vibes! Unfortunately the radiation position wasn't kind to my rotator cuff, so I'm trying to rehab that and hoping that my body can finally shed those last ten pounds now that I'm no longer hitting it with cancer therapy abuse! Here's me ringing the bell.

Congrats on ringing that bell!!! Celebration is in order!!

Lockdown is not working well for my steps. I need to try to squeeze an exercise break in during the day and get away from the computer.

I think this shutdown has been effecting everyones steps. I know it has mine as well. I used to walk to work, and take walks at lunch. Not when I work from home though.

same here, Im still working, but my job has drastically changed with this and I went from a job that I walk 6000 steps at work on a slow day, to a desk job. Then I have to go home and make dinner, clean, and teach kids. I have zero time to workout.
