Had a bad weekend eating, so trying to get back on track with that and my sleep. I’ve fallen asleep past 4am the last two nights, and that’s after hours of tossing and turning trying to go to sleep.0 -

Thanks yeah i wasnt prepared for the change mentally and physically and my diet is all messed up. i will adapt i need to tweek some things thank you for the kind words0 -

Yes, I know exactly what you mean. I was not ready either. My eating is way out of whack. I tend to do more stress eating. I’m still walking quite a bit. But not as much as it is. I’ll be glad when this is over. Best of luck to you! 😊

Yes, I know exactly what you mean. I was not ready either. My eating is way out of whack. I tend to do more stress eating. I’m still walking quite a bit. But not as much as it is. I’ll be glad when this is over. Best of luck to you! 😊
Count me in this group..... Worry........Lots of sitting as working from home and it feels like 24/7 as boundaries have changed. My eating schedule is way off as for some reason everyone seems to schedule meetings at lunchtime. The closing of beaches and parks upset my exercise regime. YIKES
