Thanks i will. I hope. Lol . I need to stop using this time as excuses. Im gonna sit down tomorrow draw up work out plan i can put in place at home. Change my diet up. I gave up a lil when i couldn't get my healthy foods for certain dishes. Im gonna learn some new recipes and try to live outside my box a lil.
My gf is still losing fine no reason i can't. Mine is all mental and will power. Thanks again for the support. You and this group are great people.0 -

you got this !!!!!! And I feel the same about how much there is a mental aspect to what we can do as much as a physical aspect. Last year I decided I was going to focus on how I see myself mentally. I did a lot of soul searching and really began to see the inside of me and not just the outside. And it helped a lot. I also learned to talk to myself (and give myself a break when I needed to) as if I would a friend. And that helped also. Last year (up until my dad passed) was probably the best physically and mentally I felt in a long time. So you can and will do this.
And please share any really good recipes you find.0 -

@fanncy0626 You're doing better than me. I am DEFINITELY over eating despite NOT being a couch potato.....I walk an hour a day, weight lift 1-2 hours a day 5 days a week.....and somehow my brain is telling me that gives me the right to eat whatever I want....and that is just not how it works.2 -
