 I revamped my diet. What I used to do didnt seem to be working anymore, and I couldnt seem to just do it, so I changed my IF eating window from 12p-8p to 10a-6p, because I suddenly seem to be hungry by like 10:30. so around 10 or 1030, I dring a protein shake and maybe a piece of fruit, about 200 calories total. between 10 and 1, I eat lunch, up to 500 calories. I have a snack about 3, up to 200 calories, then dinner at 530, up to 500 calories, or a little more if my lunch was under.Today is day 3, so far its going well. Stopped at the gas station, I really wanted candy, sugar babies to be specific, Instead I looked at gum, they didnt have any I wanted, so I got nothing, hahaha4

            Greetings fellow stress-eaters! How is it going? I've been the worst team co-captain ever and Jessica is doing all the work as usual. But, my lawn looks pretty good (insane water bill). Kudos to @achagpar for a 7.5% loss this month so far--that's amazing. Have a great tele-weekend everyone!2

 Thanks! I’m struggling to keep it off this week... so I might have a bit of a gain this week, but I’ve got one and a half more days until weigh in! Hopefully, I can maintain... for me, there’s ups and downs, but so long as the general direction is down and I don’t give up trying, I figure I’ll be ok in the long run... hope everyone else has a good week too!mulecanter wrote: »Greetings fellow stress-eaters!  Friday, ran out of steam after a HIIT session. My glutes ache so much today! Tried to loosen them up a little jog/walking and stretching. Managed my steps today but still hurts to sit down 🙈2
