    I have been way to crazy busy with my work being online and have not had the cards to report on my daily post...I have exercised, kept track of my calories and kept track of everything that I ate and drank. I am probably out of the running for the winners circle because I am just now writing this but, I will work on it.

    It’s been a rough couple days emotionally for me. And usually I turn to eating, but I have not done this.
