I’m doing an online Pilates class & slowly over time my stiffness is improving. Stretching 🙆♀️ is definitely the key as well as a healthy diet & a healthy weight ( something I’m constantly working on 😩)2

Since the fitness centre is closed due to Kung Flu, the only stretching I get is at home. I hope I don't ruin what gains I'd made in yoga class...1 -
