    Lmao! Hey, I don’t know if you were in the group last month, but I went from 161.5 to 165.3 in the last week - due to COVID-19 related stressors. Our wonderful group leader and the rest of the group helped me get back on track ASAP. I believe it was mostly water weight from the junk foods. However, I do plan to try some green tea this week!

    My first ever weigh-in on my first ever MFP challenge! Would have loved to see 2lbs but a loss is a loss so I'll take it. We have a break in the rain here in London so going to dash out for my daily exercise.
    I hope all my fellow gutbusters are doing well and are in good spirits. We're going to smash this!

    1.4 lbs is a good weekly loss. great job!

    She is better and out of the hospital now. Hopefully the nightmare is over for good.

    Hey team!!!
    I have been struggling lately with keeping myself focused on my diet and myself. I need to take May and slay it!! I need to focus more on myself and getting back on track. I need to be the Mom I need to be and I need to be happy to start that.

    Time to focus and be more involved with this amazing group.

    I'm welcoming May with open arms and new goals.

    I appreciate that!! I never thought I'd miss the gym!! I guess that held me accountable more than I thought.

    I’ve put alerts on my phone to remind me to weigh in. Gonna try my best to turn things around this month. I’ll never give up, even with this weight gain that I’ve tried so hard to keep off. Giving up is not an option. Have a great weekend team.
