    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, chair videos, yoga, weights, foam rolling. I think I'm going to be stuck doing chair videos for quite a while, it's not completely resting my legs but I've modified a lot to use mostly arms and abs where I can. Tempted to just stay in bed tomorrow and see if it helps my calves heal but I'd go stir-crazy.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. Still not sure why I'm getting Fitbit calories above where I set my calories but am staying in the middle of the two. I think I'm getting adjustments because it's

    Tracking yes calories yes - feeling proud as hubby cooked dinner but I resisted the urge to use a pass day and kept under, so still have one pass day left

    @davert123 - that sounds terrible, I am glad to hear you’re feeling somewhat better. Take it slow.

    @RangerRickL - my husband and I take yearly vacations out that way alternating between Sedona, Arizona and Estes Park, Colorado. The hiking around there is amazing and the views spectacular. I miss it and love your pictures.
