I don’t do as much today as far as exercise. But I did spend 30 minutes walking around Walmart. I normally have Sunday as my rest day. So it’s more than I normally do. 😊

I'm up 20 pounds since COVID started but this week I really worked on my emotional eating. I'm so bummed about the gain but I don't want to let it completely derail me because I've still lost 60 pounds and I could easily put it all back on.
I think a lot of us have gained since covid started. But you got this. Great loss this week0 -
