Exercise: 30 mins walking.

Calories: Sortof, I was planning on fasting and I made it until dinner, but did stay in the budget, so I guess yes?
Exercise: Yes, 1 hour weightlifting, 30 min walk on purpose, then my neighbor asked me to walk with her and the dogs so I went again for 45 mins.
Comments: Really trying to get a handle on things but I'm struggling to be honest. I do so great then at the last minute I unravel and one of these days I will figure out why that is.......but it's super annoying for now.
