    Popping in for a really quick yes x 3 for the 15th and 16th. No passes used, as yet. I'm on my feet all day at work now, and i just go home and rest. The weight is falling off of me, however, so there is an up side to this. xoxo

    Did a great boot camp which killed my legs, and a dog walk. Still had calories for chocolate, which is a win!

    @thelovelyjesse - I had the worst time trying to increase my water intake. My body would fight back each time I tried to drink water. It was a battle of wills. My doctor told me it was more common than I would have thought. He told me to buy a bottle of PH water and sip it intermittently during the day. So I have 1/2 cup in the morning, 1/2 cup in afternoon, 1/2 cup at night. The rest of the day just normal water. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect but it works for me.

    Increased the incline to 4 on the treadmill and burned 50 more calories in the same amount of time!
