Yes, yes, and yes. It was a good day.
My latest NSV is fitting into 34 waist Levis, first time since high school! And that was a very long time ago. Last year I was wearing size 62 pants, big change. When I start to put the new Levis on I can't believe my body will fit into such small pants.14 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep! 43 minutes of pilates focused on the booty and HIIT cardio. 63 minutes of walking too.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yep! I did eat back most of the exercise calories.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
My NSV: I’ve been measuring myself too and I’ve lost a couple of inches this month already. I’m also finding joy in going on longer walks and my feet don’t feel as tired as they have in the past.

Exercised?: Yes - 40 minute walk with puppy
Calories?: Yes. 1,170 - Ate out yesterday and usually i go stupid with overeating and order as much as i can but this time i stuck to my calories and the scale dropped this morning which made it worth it. Progress!

Exercise - Yes - walk around the neighborhood with husband and cat. Trying to get kitty used to hiking for our cross-country (USA) road trip in the fall! She's doing great.

Halfway through the month and only one pass day used so far! I'm pleasantly surprised. Thanks all for the accountability! I love reading these posts each day - although we're all very different, we are all the same.8 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, 8 hours of walking and disinfecting the public areas of my workplace due to the virus while I did other things. I counted 5 hours for logging -- I have no idea what kind of calories I'm burning.

Buddy coming over so I wanted to get done early enough to go to the store and get watermelon for him. He love watermelon.
Climb was like only 2/3 of my usual fare.
That's alright. I climbed yesterday and I don't usually like to impose consecutive days on my knees.
Nothing particularly interesting or adventurous about the episode.
I put on sunscreen because I kind of got in the habit.
But I was early enough that I was in the shadow of the mountain for the whole time.
Sun never shone on me.
My knees feel more or less ok.
I might do something tomorrow.
Coming weekend I probably won't do much.
Got kind of an arrangement to go camping with Buddy and his family.
See if that pans out.
It is all kind of left footed.
We had the plan since like December but nobody believed it would happen because of Covid.
So now it is go but everybody thinks it is short notice.
I'll put a picture of what it should be like.
It should be like that only greener. This is like an early spring picture before the aspen trees green up. Buddy likes to sit and play in the water at the edge or shore.5 -
16 June Lots of good and bad stress and times of no stress with happiness over these past few days. I'm reminded life happens whether you are ready or not. I'm getting back on track and hoping I can go these last couple weeks without a pass day. ✔

I did lose 1.1 pounds for this week. Still doesn’t seem like much, but I haven’t seen consistent loses in awhile and I’m digging it. Slow and steady!11
