Today was a short day. 9 hours! Got home early spent some time tossing the ball with the furbabies and getting ready to sit down and watch a movie with my man.

As for my stepage, it may have been short but, I was hustling on my feet all day.

Sounds like a lovely idea. Myself and hubby are going to watch a movie tonight. Do you have any suggestions?

    Friday’s check in
    Calories: under
Exercise: 37 and 15 minute walks
    Water: ✅

    Steps 6/19 11,584

Well not surprising my weight spiked 3 pounds due to the McDonald’s. It is frustrating that it takes 3 to 4 days for the scales to drop back down. I do tend to have a salty treat every weekend. I think next weekend I will avoid it and see if it changes my rate of loss at all.

Yesterday I found it hard to get a consistent longer walk done. I may not get a walk in today as I am finally getting my hair done. I haven’t had it cut since December so I am long overdue.

Had a nice evening with the grandkids. They are staying until 11am. I am off grocery shopping in a few minutes.

    Happy Saturday all!

    Today’s goals
    1. Stay within calorie goal
    2. Drink 8 cups of water

Happy Saturday teammates. I’m running late today as I had a busy morning doing some last minute shopping for Father’s Day. We are going to be smoking a brisket for our guests tomorrow and needed to make sure we had all we need as all shops close on Sunday’s in France.

After my shopping I ran home and quickly got dressed so I could go to my Zumba class. It’s an outdoor class and boy it was so hot. We are doing them in the parking lot of my gym and we were in the sun while doing it. It was the most calories I’ve burned during a Zumba class and I’m sure it was all because of how hot it was. I was soaked in sweat and my feet were burning on the asphalt! But I got it done and had an awesome burn and lots of fun like always.

Today’s weigh-in is not good. I’m up a few ounces from last week. I have been back at the gym and weight training again for 2 weeks now after not having done it for over 3 months. I don’t know how much longer I can use muscle gain as an excuse for the scale going up but I’m hoping that’s why I’m still gaining.

Whatever. Have a wonderful Saturday Fam ❤️

    June goals:

•Log all food. The good the bad and the ugly!
•Stay on or under my allowed calorie goal.
•Do at least 30 minute workout each day.
•Drink at least 2L water each day.
•Reach at least 10,000 steps each day.

Got your steps in! I’m sorry you’ve had it so rough these past few weeks. We can all get through this horrible year. Stay strong. Keep yourself going and do your best each day. Don’t think too much about tomorrow or next week. Just do the best you can right now. Hugs to you ❤️

Yesterday was another migraine day for me as it was really hot, will be the same today as well but hoping to not have another migraine. I finally took the food scale to the hotel so I can start weighing my food again. We have a studio kitchen so I can eat almost normally. Yesterday felt like it was the first day of getting back on track despite the migraine. I was happy to see the weight loss yesterday, it gives me the motivation to not give up!

    Hii everyone.
This week has been quite horrible.
Last Saturday I was 292.3 and I was losing weight slowly but little by little doing something. Then Monday I was 291,2 and I was quite happy because in kg is 132.1 kg, so I thought Tomorrow I change the number! And I did, but up. Tuesday out of nowhere I was 294'5 Wtf!
    Then Wednesday i was 295, 8 🙀
    Thursday I was 294,5 and Friday 292,9
Today I'm in 292,5 which makes that my weight is higher than Last week 😿😿😿 And I'm really sad for it.
I'm putting all my effort and I don't see results as it should.

    My steps
    15 June 10.459 steps
    16 June 13.379 steps
    17 June 11.475 steps
    18 June 11.315 steps
    19 June 7.939 steps

I hope next week everything goes good

That’s great you did the workout in the heat. I think I would not be able to handle that. Your gain is not very much. I think your body is adjusting to the new workouts.
