@Emmajhare Congrats on your new fur baby, Buster...he's a cutie and you're right...question is...is he gonna walk you or are you gonna walk him?! LOL ENJOY! I want a Yorkie so bad, but my Lacy (cat) has never been around dogs, so it doesn't seem fair...someday!

Blisteringly hot today, and while I didn't have birds in our birdbath, we did have some very happy hornets..so my mileage was pretty negligible..only 2,200 steps.1

healthy habit: using my apple watch notifications - it tells me to stand every hour, so I stand and walk around for a bit; it reminds me to breathe every few hours, so I take a few moments to check in with how I'm feeling and do a bit of mindfulness3 -

So I unlocked my food diary so anyone can see what I eat😬😊. If it helps anyone out. I do like my carbs but I tend to stay within my calorie goals.3

I figured it was time to show off my Covid-19 hair. I was bald when we started quarrantine.

Hi does anyone else use Fitbit charge2 and use it to while spinning? I can’t seem to figure out the best way to use it. Strap on ankle or just keep it on wrist and manual enter distance? Thanks0

@UCGRocks Wish I had access to a stationary recumbent bike...a little jealous! I'd strap on the ankle if I were you...for accuracy. WTG though on spinning...you go girl!

How was everyones 4th of july? We did my step dads celebration of life as that was his favorite holiday. A lot of people didnt come because of fear of covid, but it was a lot of fun. Now im back on my doet, and i worked out yesterday for the first time in awhile. I was suppose to work 7-3 today but had a text asking me to do the evening instead,so hopefully i wake up enough to get my workput in soon. I have hardly worked put in 2 months die to some personal things and working so much that i have gone backwards a lot with my lifts.2

Cool thanks Jessica, I don't know how I missed your comment. I will try them all. My knees aren't the best or my lower back. Haven't been to the chyropracter in months. I've seen Leslie Sansone's name out there that's who I was looking for thanks. They are now written down.2
