    SW=210.4
    GW=190 (best for maintenance)
    LW = 209.6
    CW= 208.8
    change 0.8

    The walks at lunch time appear to be making a difference. I have added kettlebells back, 2-3 times per week to maintain lean muscle.

    Okay, I am doing this. On track. Walking in mornings, binges subsided. Feeling a lot better, although still really stressed out and anxious.

    SW: 195.4 lbs (September 3 2012)
    GW: 140 lbs
    LW: 161.4 lbs
    CW 159 lbs

    - 2.4 lbs

    Ate consistently, logged consistently. Now to add exercise back in gradually next week. Have been for full blood tests and full MOT at the GP to see if there is any underlying medical issue (outside of stress, etc). Fingers crossed for forward movement, am looking forward to my booked in gym sessions 25th July (can only book an hour at a time it seems, so have split it between the two gyms I have memberships at)...that will be a huge relief, not the same working out with lighter weights at home....

    CW 157.6 lbs 7/11/20 (-3.2 lbs)

    Total weight loss: -36.4 lbs!

    The weight gain from vacation is back off in 1 week! I'm actually doing this - I'm walking on the treadmill before work, planning my meals ahead of time, completing my diary and STAYING UNDER my calories goal, and drinking water! I feel like it's clicked in me again! Hopefully it continues!

    So happy for you! Glad you're at the same point in figuring this out as me - going on walks before work, etc. I'm also planning to start incorporating more exercise next week! :smiley:

    I know that 'click' it is a good thing. I am looking and listening and hoping and praying to hear that click here real soon now.

    Congrats! Keep on doing it.
