My 2 days of not tracking are now past me. I have pre logged my weeks food and I plan on sticking to my food plan. I am going to take 1 more day of being a lazy bum and I am back to walking tomorrow.

Hiya Everyone .... Sorry I have been quiet ....I am in sooo much pain with this foot that I wasn't on much yesterday ...I spent most of my day on my couch .... I will get the x-ray results this coming Thursday (praying that it is not fractured) like my other foot....I am having a hard time standing /walking on it .... I hope everyone else is doing good and that we kill it this week3

Thanks .... I really need to get myself into gear ..... I haven't really worked out much ...there is no reason I can't use my "total gym " and swim ....hoping I can pull myself out of this funk and at least work out1 -

Good to see everyone's steps for the week! I'm still plugging away at my exercise and walking.
Way to go on your loss! I tend to eat the same things over and over again, so I get bored fast. One thing that saves me on the not wanting to cook front is my slow cooker. Put it all together in the morning and it’s done at supper with no hassle. I have found some good recipes on Pinterest.2 -
