@ajdvegana I send a new request to Amelia D. Hopefully you'll get it this time? Were you able to find me?

This week has been awesome! I had to skip a weigh in last week because I had done soo poor in my eating. I pretty much hit the reset button and implemented Intermittent fasting! That has been a game changer for me! I’m super happy with my progress and I know that I will be successful if I stick with it.

    Happy Saturday Everyone!! 🙂😁

    Great work @rpspencer1 ! ✨

    Exercise: 80min walk ☔

Boyfriend and I went on a walk around 3pm and when we got back 2 hours later we passed a snackbar/burger place and he really wanted fries & snacks for dinner. I got weak and told him "sure!". I enjoyed the fries but slightly regret it! However I'm learning to stop eating whenever I feel full. I feel like I overate a bit but previous me would've devoured everything until I had cramps in my stomach from the fatty foods. Now boyfriend and I share snacks & fries and still have leftovers. At least it feels like I'm improving my relationship with fatty foods and that makes me happy. Babysteps!

On another note, I was so curious this morning if he hit the -100kgs and yes! I stood on the scale and it said 99.8kgs! HAPPY ME! I'm very motivated to keep going now. 😁

Great job! What you said about the snacks rings true! I still enjoy those things from time to time but just eat a lot less of them and less often. It has allowed me to really savor those treats when I do have them, instead of shoveling them in my face and feeling bad about myself later!

I think my new medicine is definitely helping. My doctor and I switched from one anxiety medicine to a different one because I kept gaining, and no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t lose any of the weight. My peak gain was ~ 45lbs.

I’m still doing my treadmill several times a week, I have a C25K app, which I use (not regularly), but enough, and I’m trying to be more consistent with MyFitnessPal. Hopefully the downward trend will continue.

I appreciate the support of this group. Y’all are amazing. Happy losing!

Thanks 😊 and congratulations 🎉🍾 it’s tough saying no to nice crispy hot fries!!! I couldn’t do it either 😂 but you’re soo right, eating less is definitely an important improvement, you have to make changes for life! Reality is, fries 🍟 are yummy 😋 so have a little and don’t regret it 😊

Definitely not how I wanted to end the month. Been a tough week. And still with TOM and now huge muscle soreness from weekend activities I knew it wouldnt be a happy number!
