I LOVE that we are from all over the world! Two of you did "end of Day 1 reports before I even got out of bed ... and two more before I starting thinking "Hmmm ,,, what will I have for a light weekend lunch?"
You early-birds will have to remember to look back at "the day before" threads to find out what/how the rest of us are doing ..... I am in Eastern Ontario, Canada. So some of the western North Americans (Pacific Coast time) don't finish their reports until after I'm in bed ...13 -

Yeah I'm always an early one and I love looking back through the previous days reports. So many people doing great!
Well done winners circle! Fab job!
Yes x3 today - only just as I was at a bbq. In fact August is going to be a tough month - lots of things like a wedding and a holiday alongside staying at people's houses that will make it hard. I'll try my best though.
Exercise was about an hour or so off hardcore gardening. I'm getting rid of the roots in our front garden - some almost saplings and a lilac that has sprawled... I'm hoping if I pull everything up by the roots I should have a nice patch of earth for some wild flowers for the butterflies and bees. Hard work though.9 -
It's taken a long time this year (as opposed to last year's profusion) because 202o has been sooo hot and soooo dry ... but our wild flower planting for the butterflies and bees FINALLY has some blossoms (third set of seeds finally matured sufficiently) It WILL be worth it, @Geneveremfp9

Congratulations to all Winner's Circle members. Congratulations to all who continue to check in every day and work their plans as best as they are able.
Today was a good day. Hurricane prep, hair cut, lunch with a friend, and now home watching the cone of concern. I live in the town just below Boca Raton so am on the edge of the hurricane warnings. Shutters are closed as a precaution. Hopefully this one doesn't hug the coast too much and we just see tropical storm conditions.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! I did a good amount of "active cooking" today - lots of movement, chopping etc. Definitely more than 20 minutes.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. It's been easy for me to stay under budget (probably too under) due to eating a largely plant based diet with very little processed food and no added sugar. My issue is trying to eat enough calories while not going over in macros (I tend to go over fat and/or carbs every day).
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!11 -

This is not my first time joining this group, however I have always used way more then my 3 pass days then just dipping out. I have set much more realistic calorie restrictions so I don’t feel starved. ( I always feel I am when I am limited to 1,200 1,500). I also decided that maybe 130 is a little low for someone 5’9 so my new goal is 140lb. I took I picture of my gut this morning and plan to track the progress weekly. I don’t plan to loose all 10lbs this month. The plan is to set healthy eating habits and maybe 5 lbs.12
