That makes no sense to me that I would be in the top three. I had a pretty “blah” month in my eyes. Congrats to anyone with a loss though, that is why we are here.
I have really lost the drive I had in the June and the beginning of July. My anxiety continues to be sky high. I also have vacation in two weeks and my brain is really focused there. I’m not really looking for answers/suggestions. Just venting in a safe space5 -

Reflections:
Despite my surgery being an hour late(pushed until 1) it was over in 30 minutes! I woke up at the tail end, but it was when they were doing the last stitch... I ate a tiny bowl of ice cream with my meds, and am going to rest now! Hopefully my appetite is back in the morning. Only had ~500 calories today.5 -

Hello new and returning teammates! I'm Destiny. I'm almost 33, a SAHM to 4 kids, living in West Texas. I've been part of the team off and on for quite a while now. Today I found out my kids will be doing at home learning for the first 4 weeks of school 😥 I'm sure it's the best choice right now but I could use some alone time. I decided I want to try out intermittent fasting and I know some of you do this so I was wondering how long it took you to get used to it? I don't think I can handle hunger headaches for more than a couple days. Also, about how many calories do you eat per day, is it the same amount just in a smaller time period? My calorie goal right now is 1500.
