August.........really!
I guess weight doesn't exactly matter at this time but staying as healthy as you can does. For many of us Keto helps us feel good and that can't be a disadvantage at the moment.
Feel very welcome to join, we usually post our weigh Sundays and use the 'Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet' also in 'Announcements' to track weight.
You can post your weight here and also in the Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet which Stormy updates. If you want to post comments etc please use this thread rather than the Spreadsheet.
We use this thread to encourage each other and to add our weight as well.

Just into my 30 pounds lost and lighter than anytime in the last 10 to 15 years, or maybe longer. The trick now is loosing a little bit more and then not gaining and going on the loose, gain, repeat cycle............

Here it is August already. This oddly, unique year has been slipping by fast for me. I have to say, I am grateful for this forum. It is one thing that has remained relatively stable in these bizarre times. I can always count on coming here and being inspired, motivated, uplifted by someone’s post. You guys are the best!
For August, my goal is to do Alternate Day Fasting (ADF) three times per week for the whole month. I did ADF already this week, so I have 4 more weeks here in August to complete this goal. Hope to see you all back here next Sunday with another week of ADF in the bag.

You are doing so well ChinaTown. I’m with you, let’s put some lbs in the bank for the upcoming holidays. Then try to hold steady through the eating season (Holidays) and start the NewYear off at our best weight ever. Thanks for doing this Monthly Challenge, for years now, as well as being such an inspiration for us all.

My weight is up slightly since my last weigh in in July (by 2 lbs). This was to be expected since we just returned from a week of vacation. I actually lost weight during our first vacation because it was just our immediate family. This time we were with extended family so I ate and drank freely. Much of this was toward the end of our trip so I am sure I have not seen the full effect yet, so I need to get back on track quickly! The progress I saw before leaving town is motivation though...

@colette0917 Great job! I’ve been intermittent fasting since July 11th doing the 16/8, I’m hoping to try the OMAD once a week and look forward to getting into a 72 hr at least once a month. Way to go! That couldn’t be easy? Do you mind if I add you to my friend group? I need an accountability partner!
