    3) Deficit: 270. Last meal: around 8:45.
    5) Sleep: 7h, in 2 chunks. Not optimal, but I'll take it. ✔

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes: 20 minute HIIT session plus over 27k daily steps...excluding HIIT
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, on track for my weekly target
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
    I set my activity level as 'not active' and usually eat back my daily step calories... i dont eat back the cals on any additional exercise i do like HIIT and dont count this exercise in my daily steps either.

    Exercise - Yes - went for a jog, felt fine while jogging but foot was sore a few hours later
