    5) Sleep: no matter how I puzzle together the chunks of sleep, it cannot sum to more than 6:30. 😐 I guess I used my second pass ❌😐🤷‍♀️

    Sleep is a personal add-in (feel free to track and post about it!) but not meeting your "#5' DOESN'T mean you used a UAC pass. You met all three UAC "yes" es, so you are still good!

    @dewitt The UAC does not measure sleep as far as assigning Pass Days. You may measure whatever is important..
    Sleep is very important, but it's not part of our Pass Day protocol

    Aug 1, 2, 3 = 3 passes (on vacation)
    Aug 4 = yes x3 with logging, under, and exercise of 30 min bike ride and 30 min walk

    Posting my text from the Introductions section below:
    I'm back for August! This is actually my one year UAC anniversary as I joined in August 2019. I can't believe I made it a whole year of logging every day except for vacations :)

    I'm starting a few days late since I just got back from a 10-day family vacation in a cottage by a lake up in New Hampshire. It was very relaxing and active but also involved lots of food. I started vacation about 1 pound under my maintenance level but I didn't officially switch over to maintenance yet because I knew I would gain on vacation since I don't log while gone. Returning to home, my scale says I've gained around 4 pounds, though we'll see how much is stomach contents / water weight from all the eating. Either way, it shouldn't be too much more to get to maintenance. :) I look forward to logging as part of the UAC again to try to meet my goal!

    I posted 4 lake (and duck!) photos in the introductions section, but below is one of them to give a sense of how the trip was:

    Calories - Yes
    Exercise - Yes - went for a walk despite some foot pain, but it was worth it! Tropical Storm Isaias took down some trees and caused flooding downtown, so I had to go check out the damage in my community. It seemed like everyone we encountered was ok, except one large blue crab that had been washed ashore and was scuttling down the road! Luckily for him, we are vegetarians - we had an exhilarating rescue mission rather than a sad crab dinner.
