Friday almost over here in the tropics, Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. I did a 59min Insanity work out in the morning and burned about 540 calories then went out for a 64min walk after work and burned another 400 calories so it was a good day.

For some reason I was quite hungry today. I wonder if it's because of having three under days in a row after more than a week of vacation eating. I also have been craving savory but not sweet lately.
But I walked in the morning, did my home exercises, and did a little extra apartment walking after dinner to stay under.7 -

7th August
Exercise: Yes, 30 minutes walking. It's still hot and I cancelled my planned two hour walk to the beach. My partner couldn't get ready until 9.30, when it was already warm. I will now try and get him going at 7am on Monday!
Calories: Yes, stayed under but dreadful food choices.
Tracking: Yes, but completed late, so it doesn't go on my home page.
