Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Walked for about an hour today. Weather was much cooler with a bit of a breeze so much more enjoyable today than yesterday.

You & UAC have enabled me to lose this last final pounds over 4-5 months & to maintain my 70lb+ weight loss for nearly 2 years this month. *happy tears in eyes*
I’ve been obese since Jr year of high school with two loving, awesome obese parents. Crohn’s, kidney disease, workaholic, chronic restaurant eater (often all meals).
All the odds stacked against me.
But now, because of you & the successes of folks in UAC at maintenance, I’ve realized it’s NOT impossible and it’s NOT (for me) harder than weight loss.
You are an angel 😇 on earth, truly. I am delighted & proud to have you as a dear friend. Happy Birthday!!! As I have always said, “Age is just a number. I know young people who seem “old” and “set in their ways” & 85 year olds who have an attitude towards life of liveliness & curiosity, As well as a drive for connectivity often associated with youth.”
Happy Birthday to you, the youngest 70 year old I know!
And remember, “it’s not the number Of years that matters, but the number of moments that take our breath away!” With Rose & your beloved extended family, I know you have countless such moments.
