This is so easy to post and so hard to do.
Many times, we do say 'no', but then yield to the pressures of others.
Nonetheless, it's a great aspiration.

My time zone is hours ahead of most UAC people's and I usually start my day reading North American people's posts, posting my own and reading @RangerRickL 's kickstarter for the new day. Today's was brilliant for me, as this is exactly what I have been struggling with recently, especially during Covid-19 and now we're opening up a bit again here in France (although it looks like we might be starting a second wave). I'm still trying to answer the first part and have only a vague idea what to say No to ...11

Its almost the end of the day here and I have been getting super muddled about the date difference. I have done all three today. I know what I want. I am focussing on really caring for myself in the healthiest way I can. I am definitely more tired and it takes more focus to be mindful, but the routine is helping. I know it's OK if I'm not perfect.
Also; thankyou everyone for your kind words and condolences. There were so many I didn't have the energy to reply individually, but I read them all and they were very touching, xx.15 -

@RangerRickL Another great quote. This quote has a lot of meaning for me -- yes, we need to start living the kind of life we actually want right now, even in small moments. Everything else is just dreams.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, slow walking for about an hour. This was a rest day for me. I drove out to a nearby national park, sat in my car under the shade trees, and worked on my laptop with the windows open, heaven for me. Got out a few times to walk in the woods.

Yes, x's 3 today for me. I reached a new high on number of steps taken today. My new walking in the morning thing is very hard for me...but good for me all the same. We are getting up extra early tomorrow to walk a tad bit farther ...and we will grab a coffee or tea...or paleo bar...depending on the mood.7
