Hang in there! Just keep on keeping on .... this is all about finessing the habits that fit YOU (while allowing for the fact that "Sometimes ... Yes, x's 3 today for me. I reached a new high on number of steps taken today. My new walking in the morning thing is very hard for me...but good for me all the same. We are getting up extra early tomorrow to walk a tad bit farther ...and we will grab a coffee or tea...or paleo bar...depending on the mood.7

Pass. I am struggling with measuring, weighing and logging- therefore I’m struggling with calories. I know that once I find my groove it becomes a very organic part of my day. I also know that in order to make progress on my weight I need to keep those calories in check.

@RangerRickL - great quote. Unfortunately I find that al though I’ve believed that my entire adult life, it wasn’t until I passed 50 that I felt able to start to live it. I’m hoping the younger ones here are able to do it sooner.
