Today was a good day, nice weather today so me and my boyfriend took advantage of it and played an hr of tennis. I also had a nice glass of rose’ and managed to stay within my calorie goal! 🥳2 -

I fell off the rails last week. Things I re-learned:
1. Tracking is so important.
2. It is way too easy to fall into old habits even after learning and reinforcing new ones for 1.5 years.
3. Eating too much makes me feel sluggish and cranky.
4. Treats are fine but moderation is key.
5. Be kind to yourself.
Thanks for the tips! I totally agree with every last one!!! The last one “be kind ya yourself...” is what I’m working on now!

Today I decided to go for an early morning run 🏃🏽♀️ and just as I got into a good rhythm, I took a tumble and I scraped both my knees... I didn’t let that stop my run. But I was bummed ☹️ because I wore my new leggings and made a hole in them ... oh well, I got a good workout in!
