    Today I decided to go for an early morning run 🏃🏽‍♀️ and just as I got into a good rhythm, I took a tumble and I scraped both my knees... I didn’t let that stop my run. But I was bummed ☹️ because I wore my new leggings and made a hole in them ... oh well, I got a good workout in!

    Day: It went really well! It was the first day in a long while where I didn’t go over crazy on my calories! This month has been a rough one for me. But, I’m motivated again to keep going! :smile:
