    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 90 minutes strength training, 30 minutes Les Mills Combat Kickboxing class video, and 30 minutes Pilates Anytime Pilates Mat class video.

    Yes, yes, yes day . 1 pass day left. Did 20 mins of yoga and pulled forward cleaning the house ritual today vs. the weekend to undo damage from the wafers snack 🤦‍♀️. But with only 1 pass day left have to be careful

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, carrying boxes at work (not required, but I did it for my arms), disinfecting public areas because of the virus, and walking, for several hours (logged 3 hours, did more)

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

    Pass Days 2/3 I should be in the Winner's Circle, fingers crossed o:)
