Since most of us post in the evening, there are only 4 more days to go.
Some of you have already begun to predict your expectation to be in the Winner's Circle. That is good for me, I will go back and read what you have written.
Others are finishing strong and they know that they are doing great but have more than 3 pass days.
If you are the strong silent type, I'm not a mind-reader.
Starting tonight or tomorrow, please start sharing your expectations. If you believe that you will be in...declare it! Shout it! Be proud! @JTreasures posted that she only has one pass day. I'm counting on her to be in the Winner's Circle.
What about you?
This is my first month participating. I think I made it to the Winners’ Circle. I’m so thankful to Rick for leadership
and fellow group members for inspiring me🙌🏽💗. Happy Summer’s End and new beginnings🎶🎶3 -
Walked for an hour
Tracked every bite and drink.
Under calorie count for the day.

27th August
Exercise: Yes. Still a minimal 20 - 30 minutes walking, as it's still hot, my bike is still waiting in the queue to be repaired and the instructors of my exercise classes are mostly on holiday. Beaches are now crowded with holidaymakers. Should go to the swimming pool, but local kids on holiday are there in force. I usually escape August in Montpellier, but no chance this year. Tourists, mainly French, have descended upon the area, not as many as normally, but still enough for the Covid-19 infection rate to go up enough for us to be put on Red Alert. Young Parisians partying here are apparently a contributing factor.
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Still minimal enthusiasm for cooking in hot kitchen, and very little appetite, but weather is supposed to break today, rainy evening and weekend forecast.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything, but am having trouble keeping motivated.I am feeling pretty upset by virtual argument with my oldest son. I don't think it's really about what it seems to be about, but I think it's mainly months of frustration on his part about all the Corona stuff. He's a chef, therefore hard hit in his work; his girlfriend has Crohn's and is vulnerable, also with high anxiety about her health, and he has a very intelligent 9-year-old daughter who is cooped up at home and misses her friends. He's taking things out on me that aren't really anything to do with me and mostly not true.Going to Marseille tomorrow to examine. All-mask, social distancing. 14 candidates scheduled, but I will be surprised if 10 turn up. Happy to get out of the house, will be very cautious, but apprehensive, as Marseille is now a Covid-19 flash point.6 -
Morning run and yoga followed by a spur of the moment walk with my friend. Then lunch with the parentals for dad’s birthday which was a month ago but we have been in isolation and the weather was bad. I did log all my food but the nachos put me over. Oh well, getting back into routine of logging even if I don’t hit all the goals.3

Wednesday the 26th and Thursday the 27th - PASS DAYS
I’ve been taking care of the tow little ones while trying to do some work (I have no idea how people have been doing this for this long). My job is so flexible right now I can work at any time remotely so it works. And I’ve only had them for a few weeks. I have been exercising and believe I have been eating within my goals but have not been tracking. This happens whenever I get crazy busy. I need to take a few minutes to track. A few minutes per day is better than many days of not feeling well.3 -
@readyornot1234 I totally get this! I also find the tracking hard. I can do the exercise, I can eat healthily and sensibly and most probably within my budget .... and then I stop short at logging ir, even though it only takes minutes and I spend more time answering e-mails... Gotta change this!2

I plan to be in WC except I blow it on Sunday which is my son's birthday. But I intend to follow my own words that Rick reminded us of at the beginning of the month. Thanks Rick for that reminder.0 -
I managed to get it all in! Meant to post this last night, but I got really distracted; i was applying for jobs till almost bedtime. But I nailed it! Only one pass day used, so I see no reason why I wouldn't be in the Winner's circle this month.3

I went on a lovely dinner date with my husband for the first time since we have been locked down. It was divine!

@jules7890 Thanks for sharing with me that you expect to be in the Winner's Circle. Everyone is on the honor system. Obviously, I can see consistency, but I am not ever going to start running an Excel spreadsheet.
Well done!! It's great to have you on the team!

@Chinkiri I'm so sorry. When our emotional tanks are empty, we attack our loved ones. They are 'safe' punching bags. It's still not fun to be a punching bag.

Hungry all day. Body may be telling me to stay in 157’s (as it always goes LOL)
BMI 23.5 is good- just was hoping to get rid of a bit of tummy - but not at risk of gaining it all back
Pass Day 3
Tracked all
Exercised 20 mins Extreme Mopping lol
Over by 533 which would have been 0-200 if it had been safe to walk.
OK
4 days.
On a Mission.
Achieve August 2020 Winner’s Circle!

chinkiri - Sorry about your argument with your son. The stress of the past few months as you mentioned is enough to cause issue for all of us. However, for your son dealing with that added level of anxiety..I'm sure it's just almost unbearable sometimes. I hope the two of you can have another visit and you can just let each other know how you really feel...2

Morning run followed by yoga and some rehab. A few errands and then as the weather turned bad settled in to binge Lucifer with my housemate.
All food logged and well under goal! A good day1 -
Ignore that. Wrong day but can’t seem to edit it in my new phone0

You’re exactly right. I haven’t been this busy in months but I was logging and all when I was super busy before all this so there is no excuse. It is sept 1 so I’m going to get back on track!0
