Another week of weight gain. Super frustrating. I’ve been eating decent and was more active too. But have gained for 2 weeks now 😢
But I feel I lost a bit on inches. So I’m confused. I haven’t been strength training. Maybe that is the key

Sorry. I have been off my game lately. This week I at least had an excuse. Last week I drove from Alabama to Connecticut, stopping on the way to pick up my son's things from college, abandoned when he left campus last March. He has decided to take a gap year at home so he can do his senior year on campus next year. In Connecticut we picked up my niece who will be living with is for the fall for her first semester remote at college. We drive back to Alabama over the weekend. This week I started two classes at the local university. I am taking Spanish and a computer science class. I feel a bit of an imposter in the computer science class as it is entry level and I have a master's degree.... But much has changed in 30 years.3
