    No winner's circle for me @RangerRickL, just back from a lovely 2 weeks in Dorset UK! Fully recharged and rearing to get back to 'some' normality in September, hope you have all enjoyed the summer!

    @dsgoingtodoit - sent you a message a few days ago. Wondering if you just missed it or if it got lost in MFP twilight zone ( it happens! ) Just a few comments on a couple of your posts.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, walked an hour. A low key rest day for me. Rained most of the day here.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

    Pass Days 3/3 made it this month! Congrats to everybody who continued to post all month and worked on a healthy lifestyle regardless of pass days.

    Although I am barely under I am still under. At a few times today I found myself think i should let this be a cheer day once tomorrow is the first. I was able to get past it and am glad I did because I want to make progress and set healthy patterns

    Correction I went over. It was a oversight sine I ate a cup of mashed potatoes but only counted 1/2 cup. Still ate less then I would have if I realized this before brushing my teeth 😉

    I did it! It felt touch & go all day, but I did!
    Tracked every gram!
    Calories under by 40
    Exercise & yoga - 45 mins

    TWO Years maintaining average monthly wts < 160 & BMI < 24!! I’ve never done this before in my entire life❣️ Thank you UAC & Rick aka @RangerRickL!
