Yesx3 day. Over 30 mins evening walk. Logging for the past few months helped me figure out that I do well on exercise mostly because of my toddler but I have to do better on food- too many ups and downs. Today I made good breakfast and dinner choices which helped with calorie budget.
Working on adding more veggies and fruits into my diet.
@heidipatterson100 sounds delicious and Uber healthy! Very inspiring. Mind sharing the lettuce boats recipe???

Today was our first day of school, it is our tradition to make it fun and start with Starbucks and a field trip! So that is what we did right after we took our annual first day pics! We went to this historic village set up
Like it would’ve looked in 1890! Complete w printing press, blacksmith shop, and schoolhouse!
