I'm not sure what you mean, to see if I lose this week? Whatever you want to do is fine with me. I did go up to 187 probably was that on last Thursday too. I will let you know on Thursday my weight. I'm not concerned I'm too invested not to go past the 185 mark anyway. It kinda sucks it happened on the month end. It's only 2 pounds my next mini goal is 180.0 -

I thought you were reporting the 187 for this week. Last week was recorded as the same and we're excusing that due to your trip home and no internet. I've asked the MODS to remove the NWI. I'll watch for your report on Thurs. You're doing great!

So I am trying to keep moving more, I got up at 5 this morning, did 3/4 of a mile on the treadmill then did a half hour of upper body. Not much but its a start. I wake up early but I am 100% not a morning person. I rarely sleep past 6, but I am worthless the first hour or 2 of the day, but I am going to try to workout more. Im also trying to prepare for winter, I have feeling it is going to be a long cold snowy one and I can not get my garage warm enough, so I am trying to find a good affordable space heater because thats always when I fall off track the most.2

I'll start logging my steps tomorrow. This week hasn't been to good in regards to losing weight. Hopefully, doing more walking I'll be able to see the weight moving downward again.2 -
