I've not given up on exercise, but I am frustrated with how hard I'm finding it to motivate myself to get it done. On the plus side my eating has actually been pretty good for the majority on the month - better than in a long while. I'm cooking rather than ordering takeout, and I've stuck with plant based with the occasional egg thrown in. Overall I'm happy with how things are going.

Despite continued progress in my weight loss journey I have slowed down my exercise routine due to sciatica and just do yoga. For the rest housework and cooking account for about 4000 steps a day which is clearly not enough but I have no option right now. This has led to some comfort eating.
