    Have you tried adding more fat, protein or fibre to your diet or maybe upping your calories a bit?

    This is probably a bit late but I believe 212.5 was from August week 3 and 210.7 was my weigh-in from August week 4.

    I entered the wrong weight last week. Last week CW should have been 318.6 instead of 328.6

    I have considered those things, especially the protein and fat. I’m already on the upper end of calories. I haven’t examined my macros but I suspect that’s part of the issue. I have always been a hungry girl too. I can easily eat a whole large pizza and not be too full ( although I don’t do that anymore!).

    Feeling really discouraged. I was up again this week but as of yesterday only by a pound. Yesterday I was within calorie goal and exercised. Did not expect this today. Water weight I suppose. My plan today is to track and remain within calories and I'm getting exercise helping at the barn.

    Can’t seem to get the scale to budge ... I’ve been staying under the calorie goal and have managed 10k steps most days - clothes seem to be fitting better but the scale hates me 😂
