    I’m honestly surprised I lost at all! This past week has been a tough one! I haven’t really been logging and just been in a mental funk. But since I saw I still lost a little bit, it’s kinda reignited my spark to want to get back into my plan!

    I was just logging my steps to try and force me to be more accountable for hitting my own step goals, not for any official reason :)

    I think my meds, tracking, and getting my steps in are starting to pay off. Hopefully it continues in this downward trend.

    Had friends over friday eve and yesterday and ate a bit too much i think... Hopefully i can get it off again before weigh in day
