I’m honestly surprised I lost at all! This past week has been a tough one! I haven’t really been logging and just been in a mental funk. But since I saw I still lost a little bit, it’s kinda reignited my spark to want to get back into my plan!

So what a day so much has happened since I posted yesterday morning, here goes;
In addition to losing 1.9lbs I lost 8 inches overall. Told my mom the progress for this week and at the end of our conversation she asks me if I want cake. . .talk about sabatoge so I exhale and did some meditation to put me in a good spot.

So today started the Healthy wage fall NO FEE challenge (win free $$$ for losing weight! https://www.healthywage.com/referral/jackpot-2-challenge/fall-free-5000-jackpot-challenge/58859789502081/003) wanted to say I called myself being preemptive and had my aide verify my weight yesterday @507.4lbs but had to do it again today and. . . GUESS WHAT? I lost 2 more lbs @505.4lbs Wooo whoooo!
Also went to the Spine doctor, I got my order of aquatherapy 2x a week for 12 weeks and according to my spine surgeon I won't need back surgery if I keep doing what I'm doing physically and keep up with my pain management it may just get better on its own. YAY! oooh I'm loving these positive reports.3 -
