I’ll try to use my laptop tomorrow.
Rose & I are enjoying our off the grid vacation. We leave here on Saturday of this week.

It’s amazing how many people are visiting Yellowstone at the end of September. Many hotels and restaurants close for the season September 30.
Due to COVID, the park did not open until July.
The weather has been perfect this week. It gets below freezing at night but rises to 75-80 F during the day.2 -
Exercise yes 16 min yoga, 30 min early morning walk, 60 min cleaning, 50 min evening walk in the rain

Walked for 75 minutes or 3.27 miles hard walk with my knees the past few days but always feel better that it’s done. All 3 done good feeling and weight decreasing5
