@Beka3695 congrats on getting the gig!

I’ve been also thinking about a stricter meal schedule lately, but from a way different angle than IF. I’m simply making a plan of stopping between-meals snacking, so my planned meals would be: breakfast, lunch, a planned afternoon snack, and dinner. That’s workdays, on weekends we usually only eat one warm meal so it would be something like breakfast, snack, big meal, evening snack.

Today’s plan: weigh in after getting up (I’m still in bed), wash all windows, purge and reorganize one cabinet, stick to the meal schedule. I had a really good workout with my trainer yesterday and I’m pretty sore, so this has to be an active rest day with just the cleaning. Next week is also going to be exhausting, so I don’t want to go into it already tired.

Sounds like the perfect job @Beka3695 well done!

@hipari good luck sticking to the plan!

@cre804 you're moving nicely in the right direction!

    @carriestrine slowly but surely!

I'm about to do my workout, still on track 5 weeks in :) then blitz my little flat, have an early lunch and head to spend a random night away..... it should have been a trip for my birthday in March but covid came and I rearranged to Sept. Now my travel buddy can't make it, so it's me, myself and I for a night away.

Have a great weekend one and all :)

    Weigh In Day: Saturday
PW (Previous Weight): 137.7 lbs (62.6kg)
CW (Current Weight): 136.4 lbs (62 kg)

I don’t know what is going on but it makes no sense. Last week was a mess. Roughly 1000 calories over my target most days. The first few days I walked as usual but the last couple not even any steps due to weather (it’s bucketing down right now and is supposed to keep going all day so I’ll probably end on 2000 or so steps again).

So while I’m happy with the scale I can’t help but think there’s going to be a payback.

I just hope I can get my head back in the game before that happens.

@Beka3695 that’s great about the work, hopefully it leads to more.

Hope everyone achieves their weekend goals.

I know some of the weight is water retention so hopefully next week reflects that, but a loss is a loss.

Evening check in: I didn’t really stick to my eating schedule and I didn’t get all windows washed. We still cleaned for almost 6 hours without any other breaks than bathroom and quick water/snack breaks. All the windows on the south side of the apartment are now washed, and the difference is amazing. Guess which two windows in the picture are washed and which one isn’t....

We had to move all furniture from the south wall to be able to open the windows fully and wash everything. We also disassembled my old computer and recycled the parts, except for the most valuable/still useful ones that were already sold to a friend and are waiting to be delivered. We cleaned out the ”tech” cabinet, and now we have two bags of electronic waste ready to be taken to recycling. Also two full bags of just regular trash gone, I’d say this is a pretty good clean-up from just one cabinet and what we cleaned on-the-go while moving furniture to open the windows.

I’m happy with the day because while we didn’t finish all the windows (north side still to be done), it was so useful in other ways. Next up: pizza, Netflix and bedtime. A friend and his daughter are coming over tomorrow morning at 10AM and we’re going to the park, so I have to wake up ”early”. It’s really a good thing so my sleep schedule doesn’t get so messed up and I’m more likely to go to bed early tomorrow.

Raise your hand if you knew your food diary would show detailed macros by meal when you turn your iPhone to landscape. (Disclaimer- I do have MFP Premium. YMMV)

I’m pretty upset with myself. I blame the hormonal situation of quitting the pill. Hopefully things even out soon. At least I’m starting to get a grip on this, as in I’ve weighed in several days this week (I’m a daily weigher and use trendweight) and had a really good workout on Friday.

Today’s plan: go to the park, make next week’s meal plan and do grocery shopping, go on a walk.

Next week is going to be horrible at work (our office is moving and I have to take care of that on top of my actual job), so my overall goal is to rest enough, weigh in daily, make it to my acrobatics class and not eat any tortilla chips. Baby steps.

Are you on phone or browser? At least on browser it's the same format of [ ] these kinds of parenthesis as italics and quotes, but instead of the "quote" and "/quote" inside the parenthesis for quote, you put "spoiler" and "/spoiler". Kinda hard to explain without writing the code...

:star:The Green Challenge :star: Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!! B)

Well the birthday week is over and I am so ready to start logging, drinking water and exercising. This will be my mode throughout the rest of the year. Amazing how poor food choices make you actually feel sick. My body doesn't do well with sweets or processed food. Planning meals for the next few weeks and going to try some Intermitted Fasting. Changing my weigh in to Oct 1st and on Thursdays @Beka3695 Need to change up the pattern.

    Happy Sunday😀😀
Today is day one of IF 16:8 schedule after taking a 3mnths break. Hoping this will help with the last 10lbs weight loss. As the weather gets
cooler I am doing longer walks. I would like to start doing a bit of running but is scare of hurting my knees again. I am trying to log on and getting involved with the team but finds I don't have much to say.
Hope everyone continue to have a great Sunday 😀😀😀💓💓💓

This bloat has hit a new miserable high (or is it a low...). My ring is literally stuck on my finger. I’ve been slightly heavier before, but my ring has never been stuck so badly. It spins freely around its spot, but the joint above is so swollen I can’t get it past it. Luckily this ring is smooth and very comfortable, so it was ok to sleep with it. My engagement and wedding rings still come off.

My morning weigh-in was pretty annoying too - first my scale said I lost 6 pounds overnight, but there was a cord stuck under it so it wasn’t even. Redoing the weigh-in revealed almost a pound of extra bloat, ugh. I’m hoping this would start to go away this week, but with Aunt Flo on the horizon I don’t think so.

    Have a great week, everybody!
