TOM is upon me and that comes with more cravings and bloat. I am not going to let it get me down. I will be happy if I am back at last week's weight by Friday. I will stick to my 16:8 IF schedule for the week, eat well and continue to exercise. I am also starting to incorporate chia seeds into my diet. I am excited to see if they help with my digestion. I hope everyone has a great week!2

So we were in NJ yesterday picking up an elliptical to fix up and sell. And my husband thought we should try an Italian bakery on the way home... $40 later we headed home with a big cake, a bunch of cannolis and some rye bread....
Last night my husband couldn’t finish his piece of cake, so I had mine and the rest of his....
He isn’t trying to lose weight, so I hope he has some cake while I’m at work lol1 -
Happy Monday! Wedding was beautiful - great weather for Wisconsin in late September for the whole day. Dinner was delicious I had steak & salmon but I didn't track the whole day at all-too much going on!
I'm not at a computer to upload a couple pics I got-it will be tomorrow or Wednesday-my husband and me hit the road for a little getaway as we have not had a vacation all year-on our way to Lynchburg Tennessee for Jack Daniel's for my husband to see if there are any new bottles as his bar is a shrine to Jack + the new Eric Church bottle-very hard to come by!!5 -
so my mileage last week was pretty good.
Sept 20 - Sept 26 = 31 miles. That is up a ton from the week before.
Today will not be an easy day to get out there as lunch time is calling for some pretty heavy storms.3 -

Okay confession time. I have really struggled for a while with motivation, not just weight loss but, for pretty much the first time, generally why be arsed? This makes me normal - everyone has their issues, some are more troubled than others, I am lucky in my environment, my family and my friends. I know many of us are still having this struggle. If you want to PM me and get a few things off your chest I am here. There will be no miracle cures, no "there, there now, it will be alright", some things are tough and we need to be - and we can be and will be - tougher.3

Whew, the main day of office relocation is done! Everything is moved to the new location and we made surprisingly good progress on getting things unpacked and organized. Tomorrow is dedicated to unpacking and cleaning up the rest, and we can open the office on Thursday. I’m very pleased with the progress we made today, and my Fitbit reflects the hustle: just short of 17 thousand steps, 3500 calories burned. I even skipped my acrobatics workout because I was already so tired and sore, and my numbers really reflect the effort.
Tomorrow’s goals: weigh in, stay hydrated, enjoy massage (I have an appointment after work) and relax in the evening after finishing the relocation project at work.5 -

Hi guys!!!
I feel like I’ve been quiet this week. My consulting job ended last night. It was a great experience, but glad it is over for now. I am curious to see the toll it took on my weight. For the last 3 days I have had dinner at 10 pm. Monday and Tuesday I had leftover Chinese takeout. It fit my calories, but not my “plan”. My wedding ring is kind of stuck at the moment, so I know I’m retaining water. I’m leaving my daughters in a couple hours to go home for the weekend. Celebrate my birthday with my Georgia family.
I will be back into my groove come Monday!!!!5 -

Welcome to theam @roz0810 !
@Beka3695 my ring is also stuck, except it’s the one on my right hand. My engagement and wedding rings are slim enough to wiggle over the bloat, but the right-hand one is wider and stuck.
Not the greatest week health-wise, but today I did something very healthy: I got the flu shot. Now it’s time to rest and relax for the rest of the day.3 -
Wow, I tried to log on here yesterday to post my weight, and couldn't figure out why I couldn't post or like anything... today I realized it was cuz I went here direct and had to sign in LOL. Sorry I'm a day late.

I guess back on track although can't say I did anything different. I will have to be a little more careful...I threw my back out exercising a couple days ago. I think it's just a muscle, but exercise is my balance for losing and not maintain or gain.
Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend! I'm off to celebrate my birthday...😊.4
