    Didn't lose this week but also didn't gain. I was hoping to hit 25kg lost at the end of october but I think that's pretty impossible at this point. I would have to lose 7kg (around 14lbs) in one month, yikes!

    Had family over for a b-day party had to really budget my calories. Had a piece of cake but I had a plan for it. First sugar I have had in weeks! It was great!! Back to the plan tomorrow.

    Day: today was such a beautiful crisp fall day. Had movie night with my BF and we shared a pizza and soda for dinner ( I haven’t had pizza in soo long) and I truly enjoyed it!! I’ll be better tomorrow 🙂😋

    Today is supposed to be my weigh in day but can I change it? I did okay this past week but last night my husband had a banquet for his work and I ate more than usual and didn't track and spiked up 3.5 lbs from yesterday (which I was totally shocked by!!)

    Question for the team, I’m just curious, how did you pick your weigh-in day? We have quite the spread and I’m interested to hear if there was any special reasoning...

    For me, I pick Friday cuz I know I’ll eat a little worse on the weekend so Friday is likely my lowest weight of the week haha
