    Day: today was a pretty good day. I got out and got some fresh air. Had my favorite lunch and snack and still managed to stay a bit under my calories! 🥳

    Day: I love days like today. I wasn’t super hungry and was very busy earlier in the day so I was low enough on calories after dinner to indulge in a (low carb) mug brownie all while staying on track which felt awesome.

    Didn't lose this week but also didn't gain. I was hoping to hit 25kg lost at the end of october but I think that's pretty impossible at this point. I would have to lose 7kg (around 14lbs) in one month, yikes!

    Had family over for a b-day party had to really budget my calories. Had a piece of cake but I had a plan for it. First sugar I have had in weeks! It was great!! Back to the plan tomorrow.
