    I’ve been relaxing with my food logging the last week or two and it shows. I have been snacking too much as well. Oh well, life happens! I’m not upset with myself. Just have to stay aware and get on track!

    Sorry team- I stayed in my calories all week, tracked everything, worked out like crazy but the results didn't hit the scale. trying not to get discouraged. I upped my water intake as well.

    Today was a wonderful day. I did go over my calories but I also didn’t track my exercise calories. I’m ok with that.

    Today was okay. I was a bit stressed due to work deadlines and my dog having an ear infection but all worked out and I didn’t succumb to bingeing.
