    Day: today was a pretty good day. I got a good workout in and I took a walk in the afternoon.

    I’ve been relaxing with my food logging the last week or two and it shows. I have been snacking too much as well. Oh well, life happens! I’m not upset with myself. Just have to stay aware and get on track!
