Honestly I think I set my limit much too low. I had hoped that would help me continue to lose but it's a bit too low to keep going for 28/31 days in a month. Only one pass day was used because I didn't get to exercise. The others were because I was over my calorie goal for the day. Lesson learned.
I may be back in November with a more realistic calorie goal.
Off to do some jog,/walk intervals.
Stick around for the rest of the month. I have never made th winner’s circle but find the support helps me stay on track for most of the month.5 -

Calories: Yes
Tracked;Yes
Pass Days: 3 left
I know this may sound crazy to some, but I really do enjoy listening to music and walking on my treadmill.
@ginadomaszewicz I love listenimg to music when I walk. Upbeat music makes me walk so much faster and futher. 1 1/2 hours is a lot on a treadmill. Hats off to you.
On the comment about our husband's a few days ago...mine thinks I'm crazy at times..like when we travel and I walk for 30+ minutes while waiting for a plane (back in the good old days..). When we travel I walk at the rest stops..when we are at hotels I walk the halls and stairs to get my exercise. Or go to the gym to walk on the treadmill (not my favorite). ..ect. However he is very suportive for the most part.. I am so thankful for that but he does shake his head a lot at my methods. I have to get creative at times to get the exercise in. But I feel so much better when I am consistently active.

@FibroHiker
Oh, I had to do that!! In fact, in UAC, YOU set your daily calorie Goal at the beginning of each day. YOU know what you are trying to accomplish!
Please consider staying! You are wonderful & who can resist a delicious dinner like that with DH!
Best,

Tracked all Yep
Walked like a beast LOL over 2 hours, 13.5K steps, listening to a guided meditation, taking some photos, singing and racing to some favorite, fast songs, and listening to an inspiring live art talk. Better to walk - at any speed - than sit for any of these!
Calories under 260

So needed! 🌻 Thank you so much, Rick❣
Pass day. And what a pass! I ate for two (days). However, I jogged for 1/2h in the park, instead of just waiting to pick up the kids from their trainings. 🙌
Scale surprized me this morning, though. Looks like I did retain water 😯 due to more intensive training at the end of last week.🤔 I am back down, inspite of eating so much yesterday. Just have to be super careful now, that I got a second chance. 😄
No more passes left, but not giving up just yet!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes, I helped my 89 year old neighbor with a few tasks -- she had surgery a year ago and wears a leg brace. I swept and raked leaves from her kitchen door/stairs/patio to her detached garage, and carried large pots of water out there so she could defrost a freezer. Also walked around shopping.
Otherwise, this was a rest day. Drove out to the national park, took coffee and my laptop, and worked in my car beside the fields, boulders, and woods.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes, even with a muffin from the grocery store bakery
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes

Pass Day. I did exercise but we went out to dinner (outside) for the first time since Covid19 has started. It was a birthday celebration meal with my son so I did end up going over my calories.6
